Yes. Buyers have the opportunity to customise elements of their interior, including kitchen finishes, bathroom fittings, flooring, and tiling, subject to build schedule. An allowance is included within the purchase price, with additional upgrades available by request.

All homes at Balfour Place are sold on a freehold basis.

The development is expected to be completed by May 2026. Move-in dates may be flexible and can be tailored to individual circumstances, including staged completions.

A reservation can be secured with a deposit of 5% of the land value. Full terms, including reservation period and conditions, will be discussed with our sales team upon enquiry.

Yes. All buyers receive a 2-year full membership to Felixstowe Ferry Golf Club for two adults, as well as a complimentary 2-year junior membership (under 14s) to the 9-hole Kingsfleet course.

Despite its peaceful coastal setting, Balfour Place is very well connected. The A14 and A12 are easily accessible, and train services from nearby stations provide direct links to Ipswich and London Liverpool Street, with travel times of approximately 1.5 hours to Central London.
